Tru Building Group is a residential developer creating a selective collection of custom market homes throughout Middle Tennessee.

Selective by design. Relentless in execution.

Long before construction starts—from choosing the right property and understanding the land to assembling the right team and refining every detail. We take on a limited number of projects so each home receives the attention, discipline, and craftsmanship required to create something truly exceptional.

exceptional homes begin with thoughtful decisions

We remain selective, developing only a limited number of homes each year so every project receives the attention it deserves—from acquisition to completion.

The result is a collection of homes defined by timeless design, enduring craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

the finest homes aren’t placed on a lot—they’re born from it.

Tru Building Group is small and selective by design. We accept a handful of projects each year so we can remain personally involved and our team can maintain an uncompromising standard from beginning to end.

building a custom home is one of life's most rewarding experiences.
